It is my passion and purpose to do birth work. After 22 years honing my skills as an educator, yogi, and mother I was called by spirit to do birth work. I have since obtained multiple certifications and skills as a birth and postpartum doula, perinatal nutritionist, breastfeeding specialist, childbirth and breastfeeding educator, prenatal yoga instructor and Reiki practitioner. I use my experience, expertise and energy to serve families in ways that feel empowering, uplifting and authentic to the individual and their needs.
