Love Leads provides holistic support to strengthen families at all ages and stages. Whether you're in the family planning stage, currently parenting, single parenting, co-parenting, or any variation of parenting we offer the support your family needs to thrive; including birth and postpartum doula packages, infant feeding support, nutrition counseling, childbirth education, yoga, and Reiki energy healing.

I am honored that you are here. Please allow me to introduce myself. I am a dedicated certified birth and postpartum doula, perinatal nutritionist, breastfeeding specialist, childbirth and breastfeeding educator, prenatal yoga instructor and Reiki practitioner. As a mother, wife and educator I have 22 years experience working with families of all ages, stages and backgrounds. My purpose is serving families in ways that feel empowering, uplifting and authentic to the individual and their needs. Colleen was amazing with listening to my needs and helping me prepare as best as I could before my labor. During the actual labor she worked with nursing staff to get me into positions to naturally accelerate my labor. She listened to my questions and when medical staff came in to ask how I wanted to speed up the labor. She talked to me about risks and benefits of everything and that made me so much more comfortable with the whole process. Having a doula was such a great tool and I'm so glad I was able to have Colleen at our birth.

My birth doula, Colleen, was incredible and I highly recommend her! She is extremely knowledgeable and when I was in labor her presence and energy were a gift in the room. I felt safe and supported by her the entire time and she knew when to step in and help and when to simply step back and allow my husband to support me. She was also super helpful during the pregnancy when I had a couple of big decisions to make. Honestly, I couldn’t imagine her not in the room with us and her support and help (during a couple scary moments) I’ll always be grateful for!
