I'm so honored you're here! My name is Colleen Christophersen I am a certified birth and postpartum doula, childbirth educator, perinatal nutritionist, prenatal yoga instructor, Reiki practitioner and breastfeeding specialist. My passion is to support families though the sacred journey of conception, birth and postpartum. I believe in the physiological process of birth and hope to educate and empower my clients with evidence-based tools and practices to birth in the way they feel most safe, informed and empowered. I offer a variety of in-person and virtual classes, private consultations and personal support to equip each of my clients to advocate for the birth they desire.
